SMB3 - Desert Theme (Tic80)
The effect looks better with the crt filter imo.
I made this after learning how to manipulate the scanlines within tic80 and I wanted to have something else to go with it other than just silence.

I like it! I could totally see this in a hack and slash side scroller!
